Job Overview:

The Bancassurance Executive is responsible for driving insurance business through bank branches assigned under his/her territory. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with branch staff, ensuring smooth coordination between the bank and insurance company, and achieving sales targets through effective lead management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle 2–3 bank branches and act as the primary point of contact between the bank and the insurance company.

Drive insurance sales by training and motivating branch staff to generate leads and close sales.

Conduct joint calls with bank staff to understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.

Ensure proper documentation, policy issuance, and post-sale service.

Track daily sales performance and share MIS reports with managers.

Maintain compliance with company and bank policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in Bancassurance sales.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Experience in handling multiple branches or territories preferred.
