Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Line Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, located in Begusarai. The Front Line Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and lead a team, provide training, and ensure the successful implementation of operational goals. The role involves fostering effective communication and motivating the team to achieve organizational objectives and deliver excellent service. Regular coordination with team members to meet performance targets is a key aspect of this position.

• Experience in providing Training and mentorship to support skill and professional development
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach
• Bachelor’s degree in any, or a related field.
