Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Insurance Agent located in Thane. The Health Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling and managing health insurance policies, providing guidance to customers on choosing the right insurance products, and handling customer inquiries and claims. The role involves explaining policy features, benefits, and options, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products. The agent will also be involved in building and maintaining relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Brokerage, Health Insurance, and general Insurance
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Knowledge of Medicare is a plus
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or licenses in health insurance are beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance-related software
• CTC 3L to 5L maximum
