Job Description

As a Bancassurance Executive, your role involves driving insurance business through bank branches assigned under your territory. Your responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with branch staff, ensuring smooth coordination between the bank and insurance company, and achieving sales targets through effective lead management and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Handle 23 bank branches and serve as the primary point of contact between the bank and the insurance company. - Drive insurance sales by training and motivating branch staff to generate leads and close sales. - Conduct joint calls with bank staff to understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions. - Ensure proper documentation, policy issuance, and post-sale service. - Track daily sales performance and share MIS reports with managers. - Maintain compliance with company and bank policies. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Bancassurance sales. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Target-oriented and self-motivated. - Experience in handling multiple branches or territories preferred.,
