Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Line Manager located in Thane. The Front Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring that communication flows effectively within the team. The role involves handling people management tasks, conducting training sessions, and ensuring that operational goals are met with efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Management and Team Management skills
• Recruit a health advisor from the open market like a Chartered accountant,

Mutual fund advisor, or housewife, or retired government employee, etc

• Proficiency in Operations Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Training skills
• Ability to work on-site in Thane
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Previous experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
