About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front-End Engineer with deep expertise in Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript technologies. You will be instrumental in building responsive, high-performance web applications and shaping our front-end architecture to support rapid growth and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

❖ Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex frontend solutions using Next.js and React.

❖ Build fast, scalable, and responsive user interfaces with strong attention to detail and performance.

❖ Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to launch new features and improve existing ones.

❖ Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

❖ Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development workflows.

❖ Mentor junior engineers and guide technical discussions.

❖ Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and development patterns.

Key Skills & Qualifications

❖ 3-7 years of experience in frontend development.

❖ Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WebAPI, and RESTful services.

❖ Expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

❖ Hands-on experience with frontend build tools and version control systems like Webpack and Git.

❖ Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

❖ Strong understanding of performance optimization and frontend best practices.

❖ Experience working in Agile development environments.

❖ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

❖ Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Vue.js, etc.

❖ Experience with TypeScript is a bonus.

❖ Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.

❖ Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and frontend design patterns.

❖ Knowledge of SSR and SSG techniques in Next.js.

❖ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and accessibility best practices.
