Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Front End Developer with expertise in React.js and a passion for crafting seamless, animated, and highly interactive user interfaces. You’ll work closely with our product and backend teams to deliver cutting-edge features, leveraging Next.js and consuming FastAPI endpoints—including real-time/streaming data integrations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience who thrives in a startup environment and is excited about building delightful user experiences in the edtech space.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing web interfaces using React.js. You will be responsible for building responsive, fast-loading dashboards, dynamic chatbot interfaces, and interactive visualizations that integrate seamlessly with our AI-driven backend.

Implement smooth UI animations using tools like Framer Motion, GSAP, or CSS transitions.

Collaborate with backend engineers to consume REST/streaming APIs built with FastAPI.

Create pixel-perfect components based on UI/UX designs (Figma/Adobe XD).

Optimize UI performance and ensure consistent cross-browser and cross-device behavior.

Work closely with designers and the product team to translate ideas into functional components.

Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code using component-based architecture.

Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and team standups.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript on dashboard projects and chatbots.

Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Proficiency in modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).

Experience in building animations and transitions for dynamic UIs.

Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR), react-redux, context api.

Exposure to streaming endpoints and real-time data (e.g., SSE, WebSockets).

Basic understanding of backend services built using FastAPI.

Familiarity with Git, Agile processes, and design systems.

Prior experience in edtech or product startups.

Work Environment

Compensation and Benefits
