Front End Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in ReactJS, Angular, and modern CSS frameworks to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should be an expert in building elegant, scalable, and high-performing web applications while maintaining a strong sense of design and user experience.

This role involves close collaboration with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver visually stunning and functionally robust interfaces. You will play a key part in architectural decisions, code review processes, and performance optimization across multiple frontend frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive, and reusable UI components using ReactJS and Angular.
• Translate design concepts into seamless, interactive, and performant web applications.
• Ensure consistent UI/UX across platforms through advanced implementation of Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap 5, and custom CSS solutions.
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring smooth and efficient data handling.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and SEO, adhering to WCAG standards and Core Web Vitals benchmarks.
• Participate in architectural discussions, contribute to system design, and drive frontend best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and maintain high-quality coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features in an agile and iterative environment.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and recommend tools or practices that improve development efficiency.

Required Skills & Expertise

This role requires deep technical proficiency and practical experience across modern frontend technologies. You should have:

• Expert-level knowledge of ReactJS, including Functional Components, Hooks (useState, useEffect, useCallback), Context API, and state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
• Strong understanding of React performance optimization techniques such as memoization, lazy loading, and efficient rendering.
• Advanced experience with Angular, including TypeScript, RxJS (Observables and Operators), Services, Dependency Injection, and Reactive Forms.
• Solid command over Angular component lifecycle, routing mechanisms (Lazy Loading, Route Guards), and Angular CLI.
• Mastery of HTML5 and advanced CSS3, with hands-on expertise in Tailwind CSS (utility-first design, responsive modifiers, configuration) and Bootstrap 5 (grid system, components, responsive layouts).
• Proven ability to design scalable, modular frontend architecture and maintain clean, maintainable, and testable codebases.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in Git-based workflows, build tools like Webpack or Vite, and effective use of TypeScript across large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), and agile development methodologies.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) SkillsExperience with Next.js or Angular Universal (SSR) for server-side rendering.
