Front Desk Receptionist

What you will do

• Manning the Front Desk Phone: Answer calls, take and relay messages.
• Provide information to callers.
• Greet people and direct them to the right person in the company.
• Deal with queries of employees and visitors.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
• Share Bi-Weekly on-site employee attendance report to management.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Handling Shipping Outbound and Inbound.
• Issue building Access Cards (ID and Parking) to Visitors and New Hires.
• Manage booking of conference/training equipment and meeting rooms.
• Co-ordinate events/meetings and organize catering as and when required.
• Ensuring maintenance of the reception area and control inventory relevant to reception area.

What you bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to an international clientele.
• Confident use of computer technology (Desktop Applications such as MS Office, tools for video conferencing, calendar management, and office productivity.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Open, friendly interaction and being accessible with all employees.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to learn and maintain in-depth technical knowledge and skills required for the job.
