Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients with a friendly and professional attitude
• Manage appointments and coordinate schedules efficiently
• Handle phone/email inquiries and provide accurate information about services
• Maintain client records and billing information
• Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, well-organized, and inviting

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer-facing or front desk role (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, appointment software)
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred)
• Polite, presentable, and well-spoken
