Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and faculty professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle student/visitor registrations, appointment scheduling, and log entries.
  • Provide accurate information about university programs, admissions, and services.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing couriers, documents, and letters.
  • Support basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, documentation).

Qualifications



  • Graduate (any discipline) – Mandatory
  • 1–2 years of experience in reception/front office/customer service (preferred)

  • Strong customer service approach
  • Confident, polite, and presentable
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
