Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day receptionist duties such as greeting and directing visitors, managing phone lines with professionalism and courtesy, and handling clerical tasks to ensure efficient front desk operations. The receptionist will also provide support in customer service by addressing inquiries and maintaining a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including managing calls and greeting visitors
• Strong clerical skills, including organization and record-keeping, to maintain efficient front desk operations
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with clients and visitors
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic office software and applications
