Front Desk Receptionist

As a Receptionist in our team, your role involves greeting clients upon their arrival and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate party promptly. You will be responsible for answering phone calls in a timely manner and directing them to the correct offices. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all partners. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making travel arrangements and scheduling meetings based on all partners" itineraries - Dealing with bookings through various channels such as phone, e-mail, letter, fax, or face-to-face interactions - Completing procedures when Guests arrive and leave - Taking and passing on messages to Guests - Handling special requests from Guests - Answering questions regarding the hotel's offerings and the surrounding area - Addressing and resolving complaints or problems effectively - Scheduling and confirming appointments while maintaining event calendars - Checking in visitors and directing or escorting them to specific destinations - Informing other employees about visitors" arrivals or cancellations - Entering customer data and sending correspondence - Copying, filing, and maintaining paper or electronic documents and records - Handling incoming and outgoing mail Qualifications required for this role: - Previous experience in a similar role with a minimum of 1 year total work experience (Preferred) This is a full-time position with rotational shift schedules.,
