Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Delhi/ Rajendra Place

Job Overview:

The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role ensures smooth daily operations by managing reception duties, handling inquiries, and maintaining office organization.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Customer Service

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information to guests, clients, and staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Administrative Support

  • Manage appointment schedules, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist in daily office operations, filing, and document management.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed.

Record & Data Management

  • Update visitor logs and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in maintaining employee directories, attendance, and basic HR documents.
  • Prepare simple reports, memos, and correspondence as required.

Security & Compliance

  • Enforce visitor management protocols, including issuing badges or passes.
  • Notify appropriate staff of security concerns or suspicious activity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or similar role is an advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
