Warmly welcoming customers to the service center. Listening to customers describe their phone issue (e.g., cracked screen, battery problem, software glitch). Logging the device and customer details into the service management system (CRM/database). Creating a detailed repair ticket that accurately describes the reported fault. Answering incoming calls and emails regarding service inquiries, repair status, and general questions. Exceptional Customer Service: Friendly, patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor, especially when dealing with frustrated customers. Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication. Organizational Abilities: Excellent time management, ability to multitask, and keen attention to detail for managing multiple devices and repair tickets. Computer Proficiency: Experience using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and ability to quickly learn the service center's specific database/CRM system.
