Design and supervise exercise programs tailored to patient needs. Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports. Educate patients on home exercises, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications for long-term recovery. Collaborate with doctors, surgeons, and hospital staff for integrated patient care. Ensure safety, hygiene, and professional standards within the rehab facility. Qualifications: MPT (Masters in Physiotherapy) preferred – salary as per experience & expertise. BPT (Bachelors in Physiotherapy) acceptable – compensation to be decided based on skillset & experience. Hands-on experience in both manual therapy and use of electrotherapy machines. Strong clinical reasoning, patient communication, and teamwork skills. Work Hours: Full-time: 8 hours per day (timings to be discussed during interview).
