Position:

Clinical Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide hands-on therapy and physical manipulation techniques for patient rehabilitation.
• Operate and manage electrotherapy and advanced physiotherapy machines (e.g., TENS, IFT, Ultrasound, Muscle Stimulators, Traction units, etc.).
• Design and supervise exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.
• Educate patients on home exercises, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications for long-term recovery.
• Collaborate with doctors, surgeons, and hospital staff for integrated patient care.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and professional standards within the rehab facility.

Qualifications:

• MPT (Masters in Physiotherapy) preferred – salary as per experience & expertise.
• BPT (Bachelors in Physiotherapy) acceptable – compensation to be decided based on skillset & experience.
• Hands-on experience in both manual therapy and use of electrotherapy machines.
• Strong clinical reasoning, patient communication, and teamwork skills.

Work Hours:

• Full-time: 8 hours per day (timings to be discussed during interview).
