The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, attending to visitors, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, and providing excellent customer service. The Audiologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing and balance disorders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting hearing assessments, fitting and programming hearing aids, counselling patients and their families, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves working closely with other specialists to create individualised treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct complete audiometric evaluations, including Pure Tone Audiometry, Tympanometry, Speech Audiometry, and other diagnostic procedures. Fit and dispense digital hearing aids from top international brands. Counsel patients and their families regarding hearing loss, hearing aids, and rehabilitation plans. Perform hearing aid programming, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and follow-up reports. Stay updated with the latest audiology practices and hearing aid technology. Participate in outreach camps, promotional activities, and community engagement programs as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology (BASLP/MASLP) from a recognised university. Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
