Role: Customer Support Officer (Agra) We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team in Agra. The ideal candidate should bring professionalism, organisational skills, and a patient-first approach to ensure smooth clinic operations. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, attending to visitors, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role includes clerical tasks, including maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Clinics. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Welcome and courteously assist patients and visitors. Manage front desk operations, including calls, appointments, and patient records. Handle data entry, reports, and maintain accurate databases using MS Excel. Coordinate with Head office, audiologists, branches and clinic staff for daily workflow.
