Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Agra . The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting and assisting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical tasks. Day-to-day activities include maintaining a welcoming environment at the clinic, managing the front desk operations efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Location- Agra Assist in billing, payment collection, and basic administrative tasks Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills Customer Service and Interpersonal skills Professional appearance and a positive attitude Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
