Job Summary:

The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling client interactions, coordinating daily administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. The role requires strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer and route phone calls; manage emails and inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and support administrative tasks
  • Assist HR/Admin with documentation and coordination
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional
  • Support company events, meetings, and internal communications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in front office or administrative roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in MS Office and office equipment
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
