Job Description

Understand manpower requirements from respective departments. Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and consultants. Screen resumes and interview candidates (telephonic/video/in-person). Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads. Collect feedback and maintain candidate communication throughout the process. Release offer letters and appointment letters upon approvals. Maintain candidate pipeline for future requirements. Close positions within defined Turnaround Time (TAT)
