Front Desk Receptionist

• Operational management: Manage the hospital's day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Financial management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue generation. This includes monitoring expenditures and managing the hospital's overall financial health.
• Staff and HR management: Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and medical staff. They are also responsible for developing and implementing policies for employees.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure the hospital complies with all healthcare laws, regulations, and standards set by government bodies and accrediting agencies.
• Patient care and satisfaction: Work with medical staff to enhance patient care and satisfaction. This includes implementing quality improvement initiatives and handling patient feedback and complaints.
• Strategic planning: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to improve efficiency, patient outcomes, and the hospital's overall performance.
• Stakeholder relations: Represent the hospital in communication with suppliers, insurance companies, government agencies, and the public.
