Patient Care and Treatment:

• Assessing and Diagnosing:RMOs conduct initial patient assessments, take medical histories, perform physical exams, and order diagnostic tests to determine the nature of illnesses.
• Treating Patients:They diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, prescribing medications, treatments, and therapies as needed.
• Monitoring Patients:RMOs closely monitor patients' conditions, track their progress, and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Performing Procedures:They may perform routine medical procedures like administering injections, inserting catheters, or assisting with more complex interventions.
• Responding to Emergencies:RMOs are often the first responders to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and stabilizing patients.
• Supervising Medical Wards:RMOs may supervise and provide guidance to junior medical staff and nurses on medical wards.

Coordination and Communication:

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration:RMOs work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Patient and Family Communication:They communicate with patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and any necessary follow-up care.
• Documentation:RMOs maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.

Other Responsibilities:

• Supervising Staff:Depending on the hospital structure, RMOs may supervise junior medical staff, nurses, or other healthcare professionals.
• Ensuring Quality of Care:RMOs play a vital role in maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
• Participating in Medical Rounds:They may participate in ward rounds with senior medical staff, discussing patient cases and treatment plans.
• Managing Medical Supplies:In some cases, RMOs may be involved in managing medical supplies and equipment for the hospital or department.
• On-Call Responsibilities:RMOs are often on-call, meaning they are available to respond to medical emergencies and provide support outside of regular working hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
