Job Description

We are seeking aprofessional, presentable, and courteous Front Desk / Receptionistto be the face of our organization. This individual will be the first point of contact for all visitors,
clients, and employees entering the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take detailed messages when required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
  • Coordinate with office staff for appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as necessary.
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Ensure the reception area reflects the brands professional image at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support operational needs.
  • Monitor and manage front desk operations including scheduling and follow-ups.

  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Management or a related field are a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
