Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Extend greetings and hospitality to clients and visitors while managing front desk operations.
  2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
  3. Update paperwork and maintain files and important office documents.
  4. Manage office inventory and ensure necessary supplies are available.
  5. Organize travel arrangements including accommodation and reservations when required.
  6. Handle e-communications and manage both internal and external correspondence.
  7. Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with company protocols.
  8. Perform data entry tasks and prepare various MIS (Management Information System) reports.
  9. Coordinate company events or meetings as needed.
  10. Follow instructions and directives provided by the Immediate Supervisor (IS).

Secondary Responsibilities

  1. Assist team members and departments as needed.
  2. Support in preparation of KRAs (Key Result Areas) and document management.
  3. Suggest and implement improvements for reception and administrative workflows.
