Position Vacant :- Receptionist

Salary :- Based on experience

  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Maintain accurate records using hotel property management systems.
  • Address guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage payments, billing, and basic cashiering tasks.
  • Uphold hotel service standards and maintain a professional reception area.

Desired profile of the candidate :-

  • Pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and customer-service orientation.
  • Degree holder with good computer literacy.
  • Ability to multitask

Desired work experience :-

  • 2 - 3 years experience in Hotel Industry.
