Front Desk Manager

We are looking for a proactive and approachable Front Desk Manager to be the first point of contact for parents and children at the Lab of Future Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling families about our regular courses, maintaining student records, and managing follow-up calls. Key Responsibilities : - Counseling & Guidance : Welcome children and parents, providing information and counseling about our regular courses, including Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, 3D Designing, and Satellite Modelling. Understand parents’ and students’ interests to suggest suitable programs. Provide course details, schedules, and enrollment guidance. Student Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records. Use basic computer applications (Excel, Word, or database software, google apps) for data entry and management. Track student progress and ensure records are organized for reporting. Calling & Follow-ups Conduct follow-up calls with parents regarding inquiries, admissions, and ongoing courses. Maintain a log of all calls and responses for tracking purposes. Assist in outreach activities by calling prospective parents/students. Requirements : - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (especially with children and parents). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and data entry). Ability to handle phone calls professionally and follow up effectively. Prior experience in counseling, front desk, or customer-facing roles is a plus. Organized, patient, and friendly personality.
