We are seeking a professional, friendly, and computer-savvy Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently managing front desk operations and supporting the dental team with administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule/reschedule patient appointments. Manage the clinic’s appointment scheduling software and maintain accurate patient records. Handle billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation. Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups via calls, SMS, or email. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in line with clinic policies. Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations. Coordinate with dental staff to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times. Make presentations of patient records and present them Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting. Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling software, digital records management). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and a customer service–oriented mindset. Knowledge of dental/medical billing and insurance processes (preferred but not mandatory).
