Front Desk Associate

We at Pulse Orthondtia, are seeking a professional, friendly, computer-savvy, young Front Desk Executive (Male) to be the first point of contact at our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently managing front desk operations and supporting the dental team with administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.

- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule/reschedule patient appointments.

- Manage the clinic’s appointment scheduling software and maintain accurate patient records.

- Handle billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation.

- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups via calls, SMS, or email.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in line with clinic policies.

- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

- Coordinate with dental staff to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times.

- Make presentations of patient records and present them

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.

- Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling software, digital records management).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional appearance and a customer service–oriented mindset.

- Knowledge of dental/medical billing and insurance processes (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
