Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests through exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure efficient office administration tasks are completed accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, marketing) to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy rates.
  • Need to close packages

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Hospitality Management).
  • Strong skills in front desk management, guest relationship management, sales & marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure.
