Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk, HR, and Admin Assistant based in Bengaluru. The assistant will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle administrative tasks, and support human resources functions. Daily tasks include managing phone calls, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. The role also involves assisting in HR activities such as recruitment coordination, employee records maintenance, and facilitating communication within the office.

Qualifications

Architectural Design/Interior Design/ Construction Field/ Engineering Field Only

• Human Resources (HR) and Communication skills
• Experience in Administrative Assistance
• Customer Service and Front Desk management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Invoicing/Collection follow-ups
• Maintain HR and Admin Records
• Maintaining Petty cash
• Maintaining House Keeping and office well being
• Good in English written and Spoken
• Pleasant Nature
• Handling Logistic like ticketing/courier
• Co- ordinating with management, staff and Vendors
