Front Desk Executive

As a Front Desk Executive at TANMATRA Ayurveda, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, playing a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting patients, managing appointments effectively, coordinating with various departments such as pharmacy, doctors, housekeeping, and kitchen to ensure seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will involve creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients, conducting discovery calls, managing appointments and patient schedules, coordinating with the pharmacy for timely medicine dispatch, liaising with the doctors team to address patient queries promptly, working with housekeeping and kitchen teams for supply management, handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries accurately, maintaining clinic records and documentation, and ensuring the front desk area is tidy and professional at all times. Additionally, you will support the marketing and communications team with patient engagement efforts and content creation as required. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment, confidentiality maintenance, proactive attitude, and outstanding customer service skills are essential requirements. You should also be able to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet the clinic's needs effectively.
