Front Desk Executive

As a Front Desk Executive at TANMATRA Ayurveda, your role will involve being the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. You will need to coordinate with various departments such as pharmacy, doctors, housekeeping, and kitchen to guarantee seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist patients to create a welcoming atmosphere in the clinic. - Conduct discovery calls for inquiries from potential patients. - Manage appointments and patient schedules to optimize doctors" time. - Coordinate with the pharmacy for timely medicine dispatch and oversee stock management. - Liaise with the doctors" team to address patient queries promptly. - Collaborate with the housekeeping and kitchen teams for purchases and supply requests. - Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information to patients. - Handle administrative tasks like record maintenance, filing, and documentation. - Maintain the front desk area in a tidy, organized, and professional manner. - Support marketing and communications team in patient engagement efforts and content creation. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or wellness environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Positive attitude, proactive approach, and excellent customer service skills. - Capability to collaborate with internal teams to meet the clinic's requirements.
