Front Desk Executive

Job Summary: The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for all patients and visitors at Bombay Skin Clinic. The role involves managing appointments, guiding patients, maintaining records, and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced clinic environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients with a courteous and professional attitude Manage appointments and scheduling through clinic software (e.g., Practo, Clinicea) Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly Maintain patient records, billing, and follow-up reminders accurately Coordinate with doctors, aestheticians, and other staff to ensure smooth operations Ensure the front desk and waiting area are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times Manage daily cash handling and prepare reports for the clinic manager Address patient queries and complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary Keep stock of brochures, product displays, and update promotional materials Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,954.96 per month Application Question(s): Location?
