About PayGlocal:
PayGlocal is a fintech company that helps Indian businesses (especially exporters) accept payments from international customers. They work with exporters and large businesses to make cross-border payments easier, safer, and more efficient.

Role Summary:

As an On-Ground Sales Manager, your main job is to find and sign up new small and mid-sized exporters—especially those who sell goods on platforms like Amazon Global Selling or through their own channels. You’ll meet clients face-to-face, explain PayGlocal’s multi-currency account product, and help them understand how it can solve their payment problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Plan and execute how you'll approach potential customers (especially exporters and SME merchants).
  • Lead Generation: Attend trade shows, events, network with partners, and find new clients in your region.
  • Client Meetings: Meet business owners, explain how the product helps them, and get them to sign up.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong ties with partners like Amazon Global Selling and trade associations to get leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the customer's challenges in international payments and offer customized solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Hit your monthly and quarterly sales numbers.
  • CRM Reporting: Keep proper records of client meetings, follow-ups, and sales status in the CRM system.
  • Market Feedback: Share insights on exporter pain points to help the company improve the product.

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B field sales (on-ground), preferably selling financial or export-related services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Should understand how cross-border trade and marketplaces work.
  • Client Management: Good at building relationships and explaining complex financial products.
  • Tools: Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or similar.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
