Job Summary:

Front Desk Executive

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, guest coordination, and scheduling.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area always.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle visitor logs, appointments, and security protocols.
  • Manage courier services, stationary inventory, and office supplies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support HR and admin teams as needed with onboarding and documentation processes.
Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

    English

    (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
