About the Job:
We're seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Executive to join our healthcare team in Prayagraj. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a positive impression and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:
- *Patient Registration*: Manage patient registration, appointments, and scheduling.- *Front Desk Operations*: Handle front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to queries, and directing visitors.- *Data Entry*: Maintain accurate records and update patient information in our system.- *Patient Interaction*: Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient concerns and queries in a professional manner.- *Collaboration*: Work closely with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
- *Education*: Intermediate or graduate degree in any discipline.- *Skills*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- *Experience*: Prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is preferred.
