  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Support daily office operations, collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Uphold a professional and courteous atmosphere, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Proven experience in a front desk or reception role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Must-Have: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
