Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Reception & Customer Experience Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a pleasant and professional first impression. Handle patient inquiries and resolve minor concerns with empathy and promptness. 2. Appointment Scheduling & Coordination Manage the appointment booking system (online, calls, and walk-ins).
