We are seeking a motivated Junior Front Desk Executive to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. This is a full-time role ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The Front Desk Executive plays a vital role in ensuring seamless front office operations, delivering outstanding first impressions, and supporting wider administrative functions within our organization.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, visitors, and staff ensuring a positive image of the company at the front desk.
  • Telephone Etiquette (Mandatory skill): Skilled in handling multi-line phones, directing calls professionally, and maintaining a courteous tone during all interactions.
  • MS Office (Mandatory skill): Proficient in using MS Office applications such as Word and Excel to manage documentation, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Reception Management: Experience in managing front desk tasks including welcoming guests, answering queries, and coordinating with internal departments efficiently.
  • Visitor Management: Ability to handle visitor registration, issue visitor passes, and ensure smooth guest movement within the office premises.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and assisting clients or visitors with requests.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational capabilities to manage daily front desk activities and maintain necessary records accurately and systematically.
  • Time Management: Capable of multitasking and prioritizing duties under minimal supervision to maintain workflow efficiency at all times.
