Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and route them appropriately.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting rooms.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry and document handling.
  • Manage courier, mail, and office supply inventory.
  • Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and support daily office operations.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
