We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative and front-office support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming experience for all visitors, clients, and employees.


Key Responsibilities


  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism.
  • Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain office reception area, ensuring it is presentable and professional at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with handling correspondence, couriers, and documentation.
  • Support HR/Administration in managing office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and databases as required.
  • Provide administrative assistance to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Administration/Business or related field.
  • Freshers or experienced candidates in front desk, office administration, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-oriented approach.
