Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling meetings.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory records.
