JOB DESCRIPTION: The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Work on our Direct Clients' Requirements - Understanding client hiring needs/requirements in US IT Recruitment - Sourcing high-quality candidates from ATS and Job Boards. - Screen resumes thoroughly and shortlist candidates by pre-vetting them and submitting them to onsite recruiters/managers. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: - Fair Understanding of Various domains and technologies. - Should possess excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Should be highly networked, target-driven, proactive, and a positive attitude team player. - Should be a good team player. - Willing to Work in Night Shift India hours
