JOB DESCRIPTION: The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Work on our Direct Clients' Requirements - Understanding client hiring needs/requirements in US IT Recruitment - Sourcing high-quality candidates from ATS and Job Boards. - Screen resumes thoroughly and shortlist candidates by pre-vetting them and submitting them to onsite recruiters/managers.
