Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic Freshers with strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills to join our Business Development Team/It Software Markting. As a Business Development Executive, you will work on platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, PeoplePerHour and others to generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients across domains like Web Development, Web Application, AI/ML Solutions, Mobile Applications, and Digital Marketing Services.

Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you'll learn to draft compelling proposals, engage with international clients, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads from platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, PeoplePerHour, and HupSpot.
  • Understand client requirements across technologies: UI/UX, Web Development, PHP, SEO, WordPress, AI/ML, Laravel, Mobile Apps, etc.
  • Write persuasive and tailored business proposals and cover letters.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to estimate timelines, scope, and deliverables accurately.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via chat, email, and voice/video calls.
  • Negotiate project scope, pricing, and delivery timelines with international clients.
  • Follow up on proposals and manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed daily activity reports including lead status, client interactions, and conversions.
  • Work closely with marketing/sales teams to refine strategy and outreach.
  • Stay updated with trends in AI, digital marketing, and emerging tech.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • RFP (Request for Proposal)

  • SRS (Software Requirements Specification)
  • Contractual Agreements
  • Email Champion Templates for outreach and follow-up
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution architecture, timeline, and effort estimation.

Qualifications:

Education (Freshers encouraged to apply):

  • BBA / MBA / PGDBM (Marketing Specialization)
  • MCA / B.Tech – IT / Computer Science / Electronics & Communication

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of web & mobile technologies, AI tools, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in online bidding and proposal writing.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Clutch, and similar platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Awareness of AI tools, ChatGPT, LLMs, automation tools, or ML basics.
  • Certifications or prior exposure to digital marketing or online business communication.
  • Experience in dealing with international clients (US, Europe, or Australia markets).
