Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills to join our Business Development team . As an AI Online Bidder / Business Developer , you will work with platforms like Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn , and others to identify business opportunities and bring new clients for web development, AI solutions, mobile apps, and digital marketing services. You will learn how to identify leads, draft compelling proposals, and convert opportunities into projects under the guidance of experienced team leaders. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through online platforms: Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , etc. Understand project requirements (AI, Web Development, PHP, Mobile Apps, SEO, WordPress, Laravel, etc.) and customize proposals accordingly. Write engaging and tailored business proposals and cover letters for client requirements. Coordinate with the technical team for accurate estimation and solution mapping. Communicate with prospective clients via chat, call, and email to discuss their business needs. Negotiate with international clients on project scope, timelines, and pricing. Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities. Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, leads, and conversion status. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve pitch strategies. Learn and adapt to the evolving digital and AI services landscape. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to lead generation and client acquisition. Qualifications and Skills: Education: BBA / MBA / PGDBM (Marketing) MCA / B.Tech – IT / EC (Freshers welcome) Preferred Skills: Good understanding of proposal writing, requirement analysis, and lead generation. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Confident in client interaction and understanding of project needs. Basic knowledge of web and mobile technologies, digital marketing, and AI tools. Familiarity with freelancing platforms and bidding techniques. Ability to work with the team to meet targets and deadlines. Good negotiation and time management skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Added Advantage (Nice to Have): Understanding of AI tools , ChatGPT, LLMs, automation tools, or machine learning basics. Prior experience or certifications in digital marketing or business communication. Experience in handling international clients (US/Europe/Australia preferred).
