We deliver high-quality operational, administrative, and customer support to international clients, primarily in Australia, from our India office.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Operations, Data Processing, and Design Support.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration, data management, order processing, customer coordination, and basic design tasks.

Candidates who perform well during the internship will be considered for full-time employment upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support general office administration and daily operational activities.
• Perform data entry, order processing, and sales documentation with accuracy.
• Assist in invoice, sales order, and purchase order processing.
• Provide customer support and coordination via email, chat, and calls.
• Maintain records, track progress, and prepare basic reports.
• Create or edit design templates, reports, and visuals using design tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Handle bookings, material and cost management, scheduling, and workforce allocation efficiently.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated individual with a problem-solving attitude.
• Strong learning ability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, Email Communication).
• Interest or basic understanding of designing tools is an added advantage.

• Any Graduate (any stream) – preferably 2023 or 2024 pass-outs.
