About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering fresher to join our team as a Draftsman & Estimator.

This role provides hands-on exposure to engineering drafting, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project documentation for construction projects.

The candidate will support senior engineers in creating accurate technical drawings, performing material and cost calculations, and ensuring all documentation meets project and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering drawings and technical drafts using AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• Assist in structural and civil detailing for construction projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
• Utilize estimation tools such as Plan Swift, Cubit, AppliCAD, or similar for material and cost calculations.
• Assist in cost estimations, material calculations, and budgeting for tendering and project planning.
• Support in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project cost sheets.
• Execute engineering-related data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy in reports, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
• Help compile technical documents, specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with engineering standards, project requirements, and client specifications.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Basic understanding of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and construction methods.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Fresh Graduates in Civil Engineering (2023 or 2024 pass-outs preferred).
