Job Description

Skills required:

Fluent in French and English reading, writing, and speaking.
Basic understanding of telecommunication industry, specifically towards fiber planning and design.

About the Role:

Translation of technical documents and input Emails & queries from the Team
Managing technical communication with Customer in French.
Sending mails after crosschecking with the production team.
Sharing workload within the on/offshore coordination teams and taking over responsibility with experience.

You’ll Need:

French B1, B2 OR C1 from Max Muller Bhavan /Goethe Zentrum or equivalent fluency/experience.
English C1 or equivalent fluency/experience.
Have 2+ years of work experience in customer communication

(speaking/writing), technical documentation /emails in English/ French

Basic + knowledge in telecom domain, specifically plan and design of fixed line will be an added advantage.

Self-learner and ability to work with a global team.
